Altantic Beach House

This, approximately 5,000 s.f. conditioned home, was designed in the classic Atlantic Beach Shingle Style to accommodate a relaxed but busy family life. The exterior materials include “Cabots” stained, red cedar shingles with Benjamin Moore white painted trim. The windows & doors are Windsor Windows’ wood clad impact series with CPVC casings & sills. The interior designers selected “artic white” color for the Pastel Cote over all exposed brick & CMU foundation walls. The chimneys are capped with “clay pots” from Superior. All porches and treads are “bluestone” specified from Johnston & Rhodes. The architectural columns are “Chadsworth Tuscan” polystone surrounding the structural posts.
